Our goal is clear and simple when it comes to people at netpama, we want talent and we want enthusiasm. The more the better.
The tactic is to employ bright and buzzing people, then help them thrive and grow. In addition, we look for many other personal qualities such as a strong desire to learn, the motivation to continually do things better, simplicity and common sense, the ability to lead by example, efficiency and cost-consciousness and above all a love of working with people. These people will make netpama fly.
netpama is a people business. We are determined not to forget that our wonderful hard-working staff make all the difference. They are our heart and soul. (When they care, our business is sound. If they stop caring, our business goes down the toilet.)
We pay as much as we can afford rather than as little as we can get away with. We invest in, train and develop our people to ensure pride of employment and a potent future.
