Step into a netpama gaming centre, and you immediately know that you’re in a special place. Come in, log on and chill out. Come to catch up on gossip with a friend, or to sit back and listen to the great music. Whatever your reason; netpama is YOUR place.

Internet & gaming technology, Environment, food and service are the key elements to our business. Excellence in all four areas is required in order to achieve our aim. We are dedicated to providing our community with easy and affordable access to the internet along with a great cup of coffee and a quality snack. All in a cosy, modern atmosphere. Nothing less than this is acceptable.

Technology

We obsess over customers, and that’s where we make our investments. We put our money where the customer will feel it.

We’ve invested in a lot of money in a sophisticated computing network to make the Internet fast and reliable. This network is also an ideal multiplayer gaming centre. We don’t like slow computers so all of our machines are custom built in-house using award winning components.

We have a dedicated in-house Information technology development team who are endlessly working to keep our technology at the top level. This means all our PCs will have the latest programs and plug-ins. It also gives you a chance to try some of the latest titles before you buy them yourself. We even install and upgrade at night so as not to inconvenience you.

Each netpama PC has its' own headset and webcam for VOIP / Team speak communication, Microsoft keyboard and optical mouse.

The design of our computing equipment is an important part of our centre. The feel good and look good factor matters to us.

We use International Forum (iF) design award Sennheiser headsets. The LCD monitors and even the internet phone that we use have won the 'reddot' design award.

We are approved Valve gaming centre, member of the official Cyber Cafe Program. Valve is a developer of leading edge technologies and producing best selling ‘Communitainment’ titles such as Counterstrike and HalfLife 2. netpama have the entire Valve gaming catalogue through 'Steam'. An electronic distribution software provides the ability to distribute games. It make it easy for you to control anti-cheating, anti-piracy, game-server browser, ensured-version control, an in-game instant messaging platform and more.

Environment

We aim to create a modern minimalist feel, that lets you focus on your work or play, rather than a sardine packed, no-frills access to the world wide web experience. netpama is warm and inviting, a friendly place to meet up that has something of a buzz about it.

netpama provides ample desk space per PC terminal with executive reclining leather chairs to sit on.

Music is another important ingredient in netpama. We seek to encourage a tranquil or mellow morning atmosphere, playing light classical or easy listening music before noon. The afternoon picks up tempo with Latin music, jazz or international beats. In addition, we encourage our customers to listen our local internet radio station while using our PC.

Ultimately, much of the atmosphere of our centre depends on those who work there and the customers who frequent it. We want richness in our centre, meaning a welcome and inviting feeling for all our customers.

Our intention is to integrate into the local environment and culture. netpama is a place where customers feel comfortable meeting friends, working on the computer, grabbing a bite of lunch or just relaxing on your own reading the paper!!!

Refreshments

netpama provides a range of high quality drinks and snacks. We base our selection on refreshing taste and uniqueness ingredients.

• From our hot drinks menu, you will love our special house coffee blend using the finest Mocha and ‘Fairtrade’ Colombian beans. We also offer ‘Fairtrade’ hot chocolate, green tea and herbal tea.
• Our cold drink menu includes Fruit juice, Apple juice, Orange Juice, Tropical Juice, Cranberry Juice, Apple & Cranberry Juice.
• Our specialist Chinese Drinks include Green Tea, Ice Tea, Red Grape Juice, Green Grape Juice, Peach Juice, Soya milk, Malted Soya Milk, Lychee Drink, Guava Drink, Pearl Milk Tea, Grass Jelly Drink, Coconut milk, Basil seed drink and Aole drink .
• Our snack range includes healthy fruit and nut snacks, Marshmallow, Flapjack, and muffin.
• We also have home made bubble tea, and mango bubble juice
  

Many of our drinks and snack are unique to netpama, and cannot be found elsewhere. Our approach is to bring you refreshing, tasty high quality ingredients refreshments and to avoid additives and colorants whenever possible.

Service

You won’t be served by a robotic ticket machine at netpama. Great people are the key to great service. We have a lot of fantastic people in our organisation. We seek out people with a warm and a positive outlook on life who are customer focused – no matter where they come from.

Hence, we are dedicated to recruiting and training the right people for our centres. We pride ourselves on the friendliness of our team, whose aim it is to provide an efficient, welcoming service. The netpama team is encouraged to talk to our customers, and to get to know the regular’s needs. We want to be part of the neighbourhood, not just to serve it.
